2013 fog lights

Does anyone know if it is possible to install raxiom fog lights without removing the front bumper?

You can but honestly by the time you spend fussing around with it on you could have had it off and back on and said 50 less choice words. The directions only say to pull it half way off I think. But to me that's more of a pain. Especially doing the wire splicing and mounting the ballast for the halos.

Yeah, I would just take the bumper off. It's pretty easy to do once you've done it.
