By the way, did you remove the factory part that is used to keep the rotor in place? If it's not removed it can cause a vibration
See the bottom left stud, it has this "nut" but it's more like a flat locking washer. This has to be removed before running aftermarket wheels.
Factory wheels have a relief cut to work with these
I know this doesn't solve your scratched wheel problem, but I thought I would mention it because typically when you order new wheels and tires they are balanced just fine. Several people have found this was the problem.
