Cervini hood color match?

Considering getting the cervini heat extractor hood. Wondering if it's worth getting the prepainted or having a body shop paint it. Can anyone attest to their ability to match color? I have an 11 candy red metallic.

Thanks all.

I have the Cobra R, and the color match is not good. My car is Sterling Grey Mettalic. Their customer service has also been poor trying to get this corrected. I have been speaking to someone for a month now and just keep getting the run around. Click image for larger version

Chris I hope your issue gets fixed, hate to break it to you but I think it looks "worse" in the sunlight, it's a shame they are giving you the run around I wonder how they would like it if you disputed the charge with your bank, I'm assuming a quick phone call

Looks bad in both. That stinks Chris, hope it gets resolved!
I would have a REPUTABLE shop do it if it were me op. Buy the unpainted hood.

That's too bad. Sorry about that Chris. That was what I was afraid of so I got it unpainted. The customer service guy said they guarantee the color match, so I asked if they replace it if it isn't a match and all he said was, "don't worry, it will be a match." Translation, we won't do squat if it doesn't match... Having it painted locally.

Good idea, they told me that they paint Sterling Gray on a daily basis, and that it would be "spot on". Hopefully they will make it right, but I'm losing confidence in them by the day.
