Future mods, opinions?

Got a 2011 5.0 (56,000kms) storing for the winter now but have a few plans for the spring and next summer.

Currently the car has a k&n drop in filter, SLP loudmouth axelbacks, boss diffuser and 3.73 gears.

First thing will be lowering, planing on ordering the eibach sport lines and a adjustable pan hard bar.

After that will be focusing more on power gains;

I want to get a tune cause I feel the power loss I hear most of these cars experience around 50k. Defanitly feels weak at 2500-3500 rpm at times.

I am also considering longtube headers. Not certain on any specific brand yet. Looking for ones that have no fitment issues. Probably be going with the catalytic X pipe since the SLP LMs are already crazy loud.

If I'm going with these mods should I do more to the suspension first? LCA UCA. Etc. ?

The car is daily driven Click image for larger version

I've never heard of the cars losing power after 50k.

But to answer your question. If it's a DD and never really drag racing. I'd honestly first get a nice set of wheels and tires. After that I'd go for an offroad setup, tune, and maybe sell your muffler setup for a little quieter one. I enjoy my outlaws and offrod h pipe however. Then dive into LCA, etc

Oh yeah. Forgot to mention a new set of wheels too. Don't really like the look of these on there

Oh and I don't think it's too loud. I like it, but want a more aggressive idle also. You can't really hear it idle at all. Was originally thinking cams but that doesn't make sense as a DD to me so figured LTs and X pipe

Cams aren't worth it unless you do a full CJ setup or boost. Remember, this isn't a LS or 4.6 engine. We won't get a true loop like they do. You can get a fake one via any tuner but some frown against it. Mostly true mustang people who know lol
