Just looking through some notes when I went through changing my TrakPak wheels for the 13/14 OE GT500 wheels...the earlier GT500 wheels are 18x9 in the front and have a 35mm offset although I'm not sure about the back spacing...I'm pretty sure these wouldn't fit over the Brembo calipers without help....so going with an earlier GT500 setup puts you in about the same place as you are now....IMHO

These wheels will fit and they are still 18"....although a little expensive they will fit any brake system you want to put on...Forgestar F14 18X10" ET42 Wheel (5x114.3) - Vorshlag LLC

I guess I'm a little confused as you have a 12 second car and are not able to make a number of quick passes without brake issues...is the strip very short or are those slotted rotors and pads the issue....I had a 3200lb 9.8 car that was going through the traps at 136mph+ and still had drum brakes on all four corners....and that was a beast to stop....put 10" Aerospace Components front disc brakes and 11" rears and could stop without the chute even on the Redding, CA strip which is one of the shortest NHRA strips in the nation.....I think you've got rotor/pad issues. Instead of changing to bigger brakes I'd look at going back to stock rotors and a more aggressive pads....IMHO
