Centrifugal supercharger torque

Looking into get a centrifugal supercharger. Currently I have 4c 100 shoot plate kit car. Question is the low torque on numbers I've been seeing what are you guys doing to pick up those torque numbers. Me like torque lol

Team Beefcake Racing sells a "torque booster". I don't have any personal experience but it may help you in your endeavor.

If torque is your goal then you want a positive displacement instead.

I don't really plan on it, but everywhere I see, it seems to be a must on most people's set ups. I was just curious your thoughts.

That is because people like to think they will run it past 7500 and then they realise how high that is lol

I don't plan on going with a Boss/Cobrajet IM. I just wanna buy the kit from beefcake with the upgraded intake and call it a day. I'm unsure about the gears. They wouldn't break the bank, but I just want to know if I'd be wasting my money.

If you stay at 600 ish and stock manifold then the stock ones will be fine.

The labor is what gets $$ I charge $300 to install them, which is cheaper than a lot of shops

Yeah it seems pretty time consuming but a friend and I should be pretty capable of doing the job. I just wanted to know if they were necessary for a basic build such as mine. Good to know. I'm planning on keeping everything stock minus an axle back drivetrain-wise.

My car ran 10.50s with a first gen VMP and still had a stock exhaust minus bassani axle backs. So if you wanna turn the wick up a little then 9.99 is very possible. I could have ran better than a 10.50 I'm sure with more seat time.

Centrifugal supercharger torque

There's a guy on SVT with a Vortech running 9's. He's actually on here too, just saw his thread.

I went with the JT Trim from Vortech and OPG. I'll be building the block next year so i wanted to prepare myself, have an end goal of no more than 775-800HP to the wheels. I'll let you know how it runs when i have everything installed in the next few weeks

E85 and 100 75 -100 hp shot versus Supercharger

OK, what in your opinion would be better, E85 and 75-100 hp wet shot or rousch supercharger. Don't plan any internal mods, stock short block and heads, no intake either, daily driver (no rain snow), auto obviously will need a tune regardless.
