Loud ticking noise from top of intake

Is this normal see attached video the sensor looks like it has to do with emissions but I'm not sure anyone know what this sensor is and is everyone else this loud.

Found out it's a bad vapor solenoid. $31.00

Wow. Thanks for edumacating me. That was an interesting sound. I just wonder how you found it, unplugging things make me nervous.

I used a stethoscope but I could hear the ticking I knew that the sensor was for emissions so no issue unplugging it

I replaced the sensor 30.00 instead of taking it to ford and telling me my cars warranty is no good ford in my home town is a joke
