One question for GT owners

Do you experience vibration when decelerating between 3000 and 2500 RPM?

My 2017 V6 is having this infamous problem, I heard it is due to the dual mass flywheel. Because the GT doesn't have a dual mass flywheel, I wonder if it is true that you do not have similiar issues?

Thanks.

I have never had that issue with my 2012 GT.

Good to know they are still making the V6 in 2017............

But in our GT, no vibration of any kind while slowing down......other than a slight burble from the exhaust.

That is because the gt doesn't have the dual mass flywheel which causes this issues.

Wondering since you have a V6 (also wondering how you got your hands on a 2017 model - maybe you meant 2007?), why you are asking about the GT, it's not exactly a direct comparison.

To answer your question, my '13 GT does not vibrate as you describe.

Obviously there is more than just the flywheel that differentiate the v6 from the V8. Just because the V8 car doesn't do this, doesn't automatically implicate the DM flywheel. You'd be best served asking this question of V6 owners with the automatic trans, because they will have a flexplate, not the DM flywheel. That may give a clearer idea of causation.
