Never again...

Installed Long Tube Headers and Catted (basically non existent) X-Pipe on my friend's 2011 5.0 last night. Never again... lol. Those things are a ***** with the little amount of space they give you to work with in that engine bay!

They are paired with the stock over the axles and Corsa Extreme axleback. Sound absolutely beautiful. MUCH better than the previous setup which was stock headers, off road X, stock over axles and Corsa Extreme. Exhaust note is so much cleaner and meaner.

Would recommend 10/10. But damn, that install was annoying!

It took us around 7-8 hours as well. They are definitely a rewarding result! I'll try to get some videos up this weekend when the roads hopefully clear up from this constant rain we've been having.

They are BBK LT (ceramic) and BBK Catted X

How much did that run you? Shops around here would have charged an arm and a leg for something like this... My friend got a catted x pipe installed at some shop over a year ago and they charged him over $400 when all was said and done... I couldn't imagine what they'd charge for a LT install considering a catted x install should take no more than an hour...

I have used same guy for everything ever. I was charge $340 for OR H pipe, Cat backs, Barton Shifter, and CAI. The longtube headers were $500 but he said he would never do for that price again.

Any long tube header install I've ever done was difficult. My 2v 4.6 being the worst...that's why I haven't put em on my cobra lol. Definitely worth it though!

Don't let DiESeven fool you guys. He is a shop manager 😆🖕🏻

Lol I'm kidding. I'm sure he was helping from a lawn chair. Dang there I go again 😜

I honestly am impressed you guys got it done in one night. Maybe that's just because I know nothing is ever easy. I better get first dibs on this video.

Had my fun with the GoPro. Realized I barely used it. Sold it for a profit. Bought the Long Tubes setup with the GoPro money. Got bored of loudness to speed ratio (too used to loud 5.0s). Sold Long Tubes setup for a profit.

It's a vicious profit cycle lol.
