Taking my car next week to get new BMR springs put on along with upper and lower control arms with brackets and new panhard bar. Is there anything else that would benefit me to do at the same time. When I do all the other stuff. all bMr adjustable suspension parts

I don't think you want to go with adjustable lowers. You might as well get the pan hard brace too. It's less than 100 and easy to put in and your right there.
I'm going BMR watts link on Black Friday. I have lower control, relo brack, adj upper , up mount, adj pan hard and brace. Wheel hop is gone

I don't know how many miles you have on the car and the one thing I would replace is the UCA carrier bushing. I'd either use the GT500 or BMR #EN-001.
I guarantee you that your carrier bushing will be cracked and separating....mine started cracking at less than 8000 miles.
