I already have a new Steeda suspension system that will be here tomorrow, one piece drive shaft and short throw shifter.

I am going to be in Gainesville FL Monday night pay for her and pick it up then over to Melbourne to stay the night at my sisters then down towards Miami to visit Steeda auto sports to check it out. I was going to hit the drag strip while I am down there but I would need a helmet and a drive shaft loop. Then I am off to Boise Idaho.

Beautiful car!

That ought to be a fun "shakedown" cruise that you are about to embark on!
Enjoy!

Usually I am not a fan of that color but yours looks pretty dang sharp. Guess the rims and springs help. Don't have too much fun with it....

Well if you are saying that cause I call it a her then you might be right. I have never called a man sexy but I will call a lady sexy and I find cars sexy so it is easier for me to refer to cars as hers. I also have treated my cars like ladies cause if you treat them right they will put out better in the long run.

I knew I was going to get a GT from these years so when all the Black Friday sales were going on I took advantage of them. I did not think I was going to find one that was already lowered though so when I pick her up I will have to see what else was done.

I hear ya. I took advantage of the Black Friday deals myself. If you would've wanted it lowered, that already saved you some coin there. Sounds like you found a good deal.

Rides pretty good being lowered and all getting about 22 mpg. It has an aftermarket x pipe with no cats but the factory cats and cross pip is in the trunk along with the stock intake as this has a JLT on it.

Yeah it pulls really hard sounds really good. It has a pretty good sound on start up and gassing it but it does not drone while the cruise is set. I am pretty happy with it so far.

My buddy just sent me a picture of a set of emblems that came off my first Mustang that I bought when I was 17. I am going to find a spot for the V8 one I think.

Great looking car. You'll get some flak on here from certain individuals about the emblems but it's your car, enjoy it and do what you want with it.

Great color and I like the contrast of the black wheels. This was the color I wanted but could not find one local anywhere until a few months later when there was one on a used car lot.

Yeah I found three of these not far from where I live in this color but two of them were Boss 302's and they were more than I wanted to spend for the mods I want to do and the other one they wanted more then I thought it was worth. I live in Boise Idaho and bought this one in Gainesville FL.

Wow that is a ways to go to buy a car. I guess I could have done that but I didn't. I still like my SGM so it's all good. Anyway, enjoy it. They are fun cars.

Maybe do it like the classics. Have the V8 logo right between the headlight and wheel well. I think that'd look nice.

Yeah it does not hurt that I am a retired truck driver and the fact that my sister only lives like two hours from where I bought. The best part was that my dad is retired military and we got to see two of his buddies on this trip that he has not seen for like thirty years.

Well I had to drive through a little snow tonight on my way home. I was surprised it did pretty well considering it is equipped with 20 inch Nitto Invo's.

You might want to get that checked out you could be having problems with your prostrate. Either that or you might consider doing you side job outside of the car.

I have a pair of those V8 emblems from my 75 Mustang II Mach 1... been thinking they might look good a little below the 5.0 emblem

Well I have had her home now for about a week. This car is a beast and I love driving it on the couple of nice days we have had.
I have the Steeda short throw shifter here and I am just waiting for the Blowfish bracket to show up and then I will start on my first upgrade on her.
