Wheel/Tire Help from Anyone lowered...

I am currently lowered on Eibach Sportline Springs with Prodamper shocks and structs. I have 20 x 8.5 wheels all the way around with 255 35 20 on all. I want some more meet in the rear. I am going to upgrade to 20 x 10 so my question is can I get away with 295 35 20 in the back or will it rub or be so close that it will cause issues? If so I am going to go with the 285 30 20. Looking for more meet but it is my daily driver. Help for anyone lowered. Lots of pics of my car on here but this is one for reference on the rear end now.

I believe it was you that had previously mentioned that for the rear, with +40 offset, would still rub a bit with a 295x??-20 tires (10" W rim) and Eibach Sportlines shocks.
What do you know works with 295 tires? As far as offset at a specific drop amount?

Wow! And that looks like it's lowered a pretty good amount. (And those tires are like 28.4" in dia.)
But wouldn't the outboard side of a 305 at +45 offset be at the same location as the 295 at +40 offset? Relative to the fender.
Or was that you, that said the 295 would still rub with the +40 offset?
My stock tires are 255 with +50 offset!
255's are 50mm less than the 305, and divided by 2 would put the outboard side 25mm or 1" further away from the fender. Then another 5mm for the greater offset or about a total of 1.2" from the fender.
I'll have to check the clearance on those things in the morning.

You might be cutting it close but as long as you have an adjustable Panhard bar the center the axle you should be fine.
