Umm, you can't run the Boss Intake with a Kenne Bell.

I kind of think this is more opinion and preference based. The Paxton would be more like a turbocharger which you have experience with

Kenne Bell would be my last choice for a blower. Super high iat's and crappy customer service.

When/if I do I'm planning on a Stage 3 Roush kit.
2.3 Whipple would be next choice.
Gotta get a Tremec first. My MT-82 is acting funny since it's cold.

I cast my vote for the Paxton. I have a Vortech V3 Si-Trim (same company) on my car and love it. Makes pretty good power on my 3V and makes wicked power on a Coyote!

I just went with the Roush TVS over the Paxton my self. Ive seen both run on the street and strip so that really helped my decision.

Nothing wrong with a centri on the stock motor. Just depends on what you want and what your goals are.

The reason Rap says that is because out of the blower world, Centris on these cars on a stock motor take forever to start making power I there power band vs a turbo and PD blower do. They make good numbers but torque is very lacking in that department.

Mine will never hit the track so making the absolute most power isn't my goal. I know turbo setups are "better" but I just don't like them.

Yeah like everything else the car has to be set up to perform with whatever power adder you choose. With my car with the 3c converter there isnt any lag in power that im concerned with anyway. Still more than my drag radials can hold.

Yep i just wanted a quick street car. I could have a little fun with at the strip a couple times a year. Absolute power wasnt my goal either. Still with my lowly P1SC with just 8 psi and a converter. I have a high 10 sec car. So turned out with more than I thought. So mission accomplished for me.

What about Procharger? I have a Kenne Bell on my 05 Saleen and love it but there are some belt issues so it requires more upgrading, 8rib setup and better tensioner. I have a 14 Saleen which I am leaning on a procharger f-1 setup.

Thanks, I think I'll do that! I love the torque of the Kenne bell and how the install looks. I was thinking about doing a bigger KB but thinking about trying a pro charger. I thought they were supposed to be the most efficient.

Very poor filter placement with the Procharger.

Yeah the filter looks like its in a bad location with the PC but coming from an actual Procharger owner my IATs stay near ambient all the time... there is no heat soak with the thing. Even on the hottest day it stays near ambient.
