Plenum cover seems a bit tacky

Ive had my 5.0 4 years now. I've never really given the under hood appearance too much thought. But it always seem like something was a bit off.
After the release of the 5.2 L voodoo I realized the Plenum cover seemed quite tacky. I've removed it a while back and now it seems the way it should have been from the factory. Cheese less! Saved a few pounds as well.
