I asked a similar question but wanted to know if the MSD 2 step would work with the stock converter. Zero answers so far. Im going to assume for me it will not do much. I plan to go with the 4C soon so I will follow this thread and see what is said.

Although I can't answer your question directly....let me ask you a few questions since I've used a trans brake on my drag only cars since they've been around.
I am guessing that if you had a stock converter you wouldn't be asking these questions because you need to have a converter that puts launch about 700 to 1000rpm below your max torque figure.....and a stock converter will never get there.
I'm not familar when you are referring to a 4C?
What is the stall and flash of the converter?
What else have you done to the motor and do you know how much RWHP and TQ you are making?
On my last drag car the motor made 650HP@6800rpm and 550lbft of Torque@5700rpm.......I used a loose 5000rpm stall converter.
