ABS and Traction Control randomly kicking in

Every now and then when i start my car and begin to drive, the abs and traction control will randomly kick in and prevent me from accelerating. It happened once before my car was tuned and several times after. The car is a 2011 gt 6spd. Every time it happens I have to pull off the side of the road and turn the car off. After a few minutes of sitting the car will drive normal again. Anyone else have this issue?

Is there by any chance a substantial discrepancy between tire diameters?
Make sure there's no debris on or around the ABS gear and sensor. (Location approx.)

NO, all tires are the same size and same tread depth. I took the sensors off yesterday and cleaned them. Hasn't happened again but I'm afraid it will while I'm doing 75 on the highway going to work.

Mine has done similar on a couple of occasions, traction control light on the dash flashing when decelerating for example. In both cases it was shortly after a cold start and the condition cleared itself. I didn't have to pull over and switch off for a moment. No idea what cases this. I have a Ford Racing Pro Cal tune and I don't think I had any instances before installing the tune.

Yea I am curious if the tune has anything to do with it. However mine has been on cold start and a warm start.

It happened to me twice. I was told to set car back to factory then reinstall the tune. I have not had a problem again.

Traction control kicked in on my car while I was going 40mph down the road. I pulled over and it went away. No tune in my car and stock tires still on it. Car only has 10,400 miles. Guess I'll call ford later today.

Can you tell the difference between the traction control that only affects the rear driving wheels and the Stability Control, which may affect any of the wheels?

The traction light showed up and it felt like it was the rear end trying to do something.
