Nitrous Dyno Numbers Problem After 6200rpm

I did a pull N/A and got 425/378 with the mods you see in my signature. Then did 150 shot and got 537/590.

Torque increase by 212 and horsepower by 112, hp did not gain 150+ because as you see on the graph, after 6200rpm the nitrous run starts to go up and down. Any nitrous guys here have experienced something similar, how did you fix it or any recommendations?

I'd suspect spark blowout, but difficult to tell without seeing the A/F graph. What plugs and what gap are you running?

Those should work just fine.

Can you post the A/F graph?

ok, I checked again spark plugs.

4 were gone, the electrode was gone and it had a gap of 40-42, not 35 as I previously thought. I will try to get a/f graph as it was not provided.

Ouch... Sounds like you may want check your timing on the bottle if you're melting plugs. I ran nitrous in my old 4.6 for years, and melted my fair share of plugs, and eventually a piston. I eventually had a flip chip with two different tunes so I could safely spray a 150 shot, but this was 10 years ago, and today you could just swap tunes with a global 4-5 degrees of timing pulled out for running the bottle.

Dumb question, but are you checking the content of your E85? Weak fuel could've caused melted plugs too.

problem was all the time, believe it or not, a very clogged vacuum line for the BOOST A PUMP. Boost a pump was not working, so changed installation to run it all the time.

Luckily you caught the issue before you hurt the motor. I had the same issue years ago with an NOS inline pump that quit working.

Only one way to run BAP on these cars, full on. The ECM will cap the pressure at 58 anyway. Always better to risk a couple hundred buck BAP than a 10K motor.
