Gt500 splitter

Installed my cervini gt500 style splitter over the weekend was easy took about 45 min. . The passenger side isn't all the way flush like the driverside but pretty much only I can point it out. Looks mean!!Click image for larger version

I used high heat grill paint to spray my ac condenser awhile back when I installed the cdc upper and half evaporated overtime I tried scrubbing the rest off with a few brushes. Any good ideas how to get that paint out of the fins ? I hate the half *** paint look it has don't want it black anymore.

Why not just try a spray can of paint remover?

Hell yeah love your stripes. It def would set the front off on yours. I love it man.i want stripes! It's super easy to install it held up to 140mph already and is stuck like glue lol..It sticks out just Enuff to not worry about curbing every parking block. Off topic for a second Did you have a problem with your lower grill delete sagging at the top middle ?? Mine did and I used 3m tape for now . gonna run a screw threw it soon as suggested.

Yes, I noticed my lower grille sags in the middle. I also was going to use 3M tape to hold it.

I've also noticed the passenger side front splitter doesn't sit flush like the drivers side.

I will say though, that sucker is tough as nails. I've curbed it 3 times now... once hard enough to pop out my front fender.

I found the issue with the lower grille was not the plastic itself. It was the installation of the mesh that actually pulled on the plastic. I cut the mesh where the screws went to release the mesh from pulling on it. And it went back on and looked perfect. I at first thought the mold was off but after removing the mesh and setting it back in the bumper the issue was the mesh.

Yeah I didn't use the mesh ! I often thought maybe the mesh would hold up the center somehow but I wanna run it open so 3m tape is holding it up for now. Only bummer is you can barley see the space from grill to the tape. I may use more screws il probably wait till I do something else requiring bumper removal before the final fix.

Lol damn man I try to park way back so I don't curb it. You are right it's very sturdy. I wish /wonder If I could add adjustable rods to it like the splitter the boss LS has even though you couldn't adjust would be sweet for looks.
