ID:	196720. That's the bad news. The good news is my rear end housing was knocked forward about 1 1/2". So I get I new rear housing and axles. This gives me an opportunity to also do some upgrades like get some Good axles from Strange Eng. and do a Upper control arm and possibly upgrade the shocks. Possibly a 1 pc driveshaft as well. What would you guys do if you were in my shoes ?

possibly not the rear but a bent lower control arm and maybe some frame. the 8.8 is a stiff rear takes a lot to bend it.

Looks like at least 1 new wheel also. Better check to see that they still have stock of that wheel or you may need 4.

Other than some minor injuries, That's the worst part of the whole deal 18" wheels at Centerline are done on a special order it took them 4 months to get them made so unless they have 1 laying around I'm gonna be looking for a new set of wheels .

I wonder what the deal is there. Does insurance pay for a new set if one wheel is not available?

Sometimes they will, but it all depends on the coverage OP has. They could say they are aftermarket and just give him what the factory wheel would cost.

That's not to bad, I just dropped 20K in my car and it was at the shop ready to be tuned when a tree fell on it. I didn't even get to drive it yet! One day shooting for 1000 hp, the next you don't have a car to drive!

It was an accident. No reason to get violent over it.
