Decision advice

I have a 2014 premium 3.7 mustang. Love the car. But there is one problem 6 cylinders. I just looked at a 2012 gt with 20,000 miles. It's kona blue and has a full corsa exhaust. Is 22k a good price? And should I trade my car in for it? I think I'm going to but would like everyone's opinion. I drove it and it drives amazing. Man, that coyote power is nice.

Is it a base or premium? If a premium, seems like a decent price if in excellent condition and they give you a good deal on your trade-in.

You know the dealer is not going to give you what your car is worth.
Make sure you get familiar with what your car is worth, both retail and as a trade before discussing with dealer.
And while you're at it, look up the value of the GT.

Good luck

Oh yeah...Depending where you live you, would probably stand to save sales tax if you trade. So keep that in mind also.

I did my reasearch. My car according to kbb is worth 16,500. And I believe I can get the gt down to round 20k. Plus I have money to put down, so I'm hoping to be close to what I pay now. And according to kbb that gt is approx 22,5 to 23 for fair market value.

Get it. I love my 2011 5.0 (Ms. Kona). Get a warranty as well.

Sounds like a good deal if they give you no less than 16.5 for your V6. But they will first try to low ball you im sure. They always do.

If the car has been on their lot for a couple months you can beat them up on the price.

$22k from a dealer for that mileage is a good deal. Haggle them down. If you can comfortably afford it... do it.

Drive the car... If you fall in love and it's problem free (check carfax & autocheck) get the car. If it's as slick as you say, you won't be disappointed.
