GT500 Steering wheel

Hey guys. So I recently purchased the 2010-14 GT500 steering wheel off of lmr this past week. I just installed it this morning and it's great except for one issue. I have a GT premium which has the lcd screen in the middle of the gauge cluster so the cruise control with the d pad had to be swapped over to the new GT500 wheel. After I started the car I noticed that the arrows no longer worked. Im pretty sure everything was connected properly. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I have a 2014 Premium, and bought the GT500 steering wheel.

Mine worked perfectly.

I popped out the arrows from my old wheel, and put them in the GT500 wheel. So nothing should have changed.

Maybe you pulled on the wires (messed up a connection) or didn't completely click it all back in?

Instructions: (same for GT500 or Boss SW)

In hindsight, I think I'd have preferred the Boss steering wheel. But I got my GT500 for less than $200, where the Boss SW's are over $300.

You have to swap both switches and the harness from your stock steering wheel over to the GT500 one. Or else sync won't work

I spoke to LMR today. Their customer service is great if you ever have to deal with them. They told me that because it is a 13 Gt Premium with the track apps you also must swap the harness from your old wheel. The GT500 wheel comes with 3 wires which plugs into your cruise control module vs 6 wires which came with the regular GT wheel.

What's different about the GT500 steering wheel vs the GT steering wheel? It looks like the steering wheel that came on my 13 GT premium

Middle sections on the sides where the controls are have alcantara. So it's a mix of leather and suede as opposed to full leather (stock) or full alcantara (boss 302).
