Setting up Nexus tablet

Hi there, well I thought I had a good idea. I'm trying to set up an android tablet to my 2014 Mustang GT, But a few problems. Powering the unit is not a problem. The Stang has non-nav sync. I can pair the tablet easily, but I want to use the Media player app that's on the tablet to control all music being played and not to have sync to just access and play the files on the tablet. Well that doesn't work. If I try to play media thru sync Bluetooth it connects to the files on my Blackberry that is paired as primary. So then I just connected to the aux line in, well the volume level coming out of there is terrible! Even with the tablet being set at full volume!!! So is there any way to have my phone and tablet paired, play music thru my stereo with the tablet, still send and receive calls on my phone? Love to be able to do this thru Bluetooth... less wires. But I'd still wire it to the Aux in if I could get decent volume. Maybe there's a way to do this thru the usb port?... that way I could just run 1 wire and get an audio signal and power the tablet? Maybe there's a way to block my phone files and if Bluetooth audio would only sound what I'm doing on my tablet? Any Ideas?? I'm LOST. Thanx
