400 rwh

I have a stock 2011 gt as a dd. What are some solid mods for getting 400 rwh. I would like to avoid long tubes.

Intake, cat delete, and a good tune can nearly get you there, depending on you car, the tune, and if you're actually measuring it, the dyno it's on.

All you need is a tune and off-road mid if it's a standard

My mechanic said they dyno tuned a 2016 GT with a CAI, and "catback" exhaust and it made 400 to the wheels.

CAI doesnt really do anything though, mostly the tune.

Ive got a bama tune and 3" exhaust from the midpipe back (or "catback" as most companies label it) and i dont think im quite at 400 whp yet. Havent had it dynoed yet

I've got a '14 Auto with Kooks LT, Off-Road Xpipe, and Bama tune that just put down 395 on a dyno jet. I'm about to get it tuned by the guy to get it past the 400 mark so my wife will be happy.

So easy...aggressive custom tune, cat deletes...pretty much there.

I got steeds cai. Borla stingers and bama tune. A friend gave me a throttle body spacer. My next mod is a h pipe. Not sure what brand though. I am also waiting on my Cervinis stalker body kit to arrive. I would love to be at 400 horse but more importantly I want to have more throttle response. I hope the mid pipe helps.

Even thought about a dyno tune after my h pipe. Not sure how that would compare to a Lund or bama tune

Mail tune. I would love for them to do dyno. In fact I believe they'll be coming to PA soon and I shouldn't miss that opportunity. Check them out. They know their shiit

I'm auto so, that means, Vmp or Mike Rousch as best. Vmp responded firsthand their tune is wicked good.

I'm sorry but if VMP is right around the corner from you and you got a Bama tune instead you might want to sell your car and buy a Camry...

Sorry Scotty. I am new to the mustang tuning world. I ordered some stuff from American muscle and bama seemed like the right choice. I think it was a smart move for me to start there and then move on from there.

Yeah nice marketing until you realize they don't cover anything meaningful, like a power adder.

Vmp delivers real quality but, they don't have economies of scale like Bama. You get what you payfor. Most tuners will do minor tweaks for free or at low cost. Vmp, too

What nice about vmp is that you can actually communicate with Justin with questions that you might have via email. To me that goes a long long way.

How ironic you can purchase VMP tunes from American Muscle now.
