E85 Conversion

So was looking to convert my mustang to E85 within the next few months and was wondering what all I would need to run it safely. I'm gonna go with ID1000s for the injectors. Was wondering if anyone could recommend a fuel pump to go with, and/or the required lines I would need. If I am missing anything small please let me know, I'd like to be aware of everything I would need, big or small. Also as gauges go, would it be in my best interest to go with a fuel pressure gauge or would an air/fuel ratio gauge be enough? Thanks.

Injectors and a tune are all you'll need.

Pump changes don't benefit when using the stock system, because the pump voltage is controlled via the ECM and is capped at 54 psi. A boost a pump is a good addition to an e85 setup using the stock system, especially FI.

Why are you contemplating this? You have a heavy power adder or are planning one?

I just did a e85 flex fuel tune from AED. All I needed was #47 injectors.

Totally plausible. ID1000s suggest a desire to go hard core with a power adder. They are totally overkill for an N/A e85 tune.

all you need is 47lb inj and a tune, and regardless if your adding a power adder it makes a noticeable difference N/A

Yeah. 47lbers, tune, and rap suggested to me a BAP as well. Kenne Bell has one that I am most likely going with.

If you are NA, get 47's and a tune. You do not need a fuel pump for this, the injectors will supply enough fuel to keep you going even on E100...

Well I plan on getting a S/C as well within the week so that's why I chose the ID1000s in the first place. So besides that just tune and a bap? Cool thanks for the info!
