.......paint bubble on fender

Cleaning my front bumper just now, discovered a 1mm diameter bubble at the end of the fender above the headlight. I had my hood and trunk repainted alittle over a year ago when i was within 3 year warranty. Im guessing im screwed now, is it possible to repaint just that spot without repainting the whole fender?

If there is rust perforation, you can still have it warranteed. If not, likely not. Take it to a body shop for paint remediation and see what they say. With care, one can fill minor chips and colour sand the area back, without repainting the whole fender.
