NEWay...it's pretty straightforward. You cut into the brake system's lines going to the front wheels, patch in the line lock and wire a momentary switch to the interior somewhere convenient. It's just a solenoid activated shuttle valve, nothing complicated.
You need a double flaring tool and some talent with it and minor skill with electronics but, that's about it.
