VCMII Tool help

I've been trying to program my pcm for my new cluster as well as asbuilt codes for my track pack but can't get my tool and 86v software to sync together. Anyone else have a similar issue? Anyone help would be appreciated!

It says my vcm is a new update than the v86 but won't allow me to down grade or upgrade either. Does anyone know where I could get the newer software?

I used v91 on mine and had zero issues. I covered how I did it in my build thread fairly recently.
