Got a p219b code - Mustang Evolution

Got a p219b code

Noticed the code (p219b) today after seeing my check engine light was on. My car has 14k miles. I Googled the code a little and some say o2 sensor and others say exhaust leak. Car runs fine even with light on. I cleared the code and drove the car today and the light stayed off. Any thoughts.

I had that code just a few months ago, it was an exhaust leak, one of my header bolts snapped off and was causing it, check your mpg, is it running really lean? If so I'd say that might be the case.

My cats are removed. Would that cause it? I am re tuned for the cat delete.

Exhaust leak, failed O2 sensor, something unique to that bank. The code is air/fuel imbalance but, just on Bank 2.

What area is bank 2 assigned to? I tried to listen for an exhaust leak but my car is so darn loud with no cats I cant tell. As of now the light isn't coming back on so maybe it was just a temp thing. A friend who owns a coyote told me with his cat delete his light would always come on even with the cat delete tune but he doesn't remember what the code was. might need to data log if it comes back on and send the log to Mike Roush and see if he can pin point it.

I think Bank 2 is DS.

If you have cat deletes and no tune for it, you'll throw a light for the cat overtemp protection and, run really rich as well. That's where people typically go wrong here. You have a tune so, you've been smart.

You have a tune, so, continuing to search for exhaust leaks would be good. They can sound like whistling, ticking, etc. Use a mirror to get a look at the flange areas, looking for soot blowout as well.

Maybe a dumb question but the leak must be pre catalytic converter in order to be detected right? So if that's the case I should look for a leak at my cat delete pipes or factory manifold/header. I might just toss the cats back on because the car is way to loud anyways and the sound quality of my Borlas went in the trash when the cat deletes were installed.

No, pre o2, not pre cat necessarily.

Ain't no manifolds here, they are headers, even stock.
