Koni Orange rear shocks too long?

Install Koni oranges all the way around, GT500 Strut mounts and Steeda Lowering springs. After the install I drove it and immediately heard clunking in the rear. I stop to find that it appears the rear shocks are too tall and bounce around in there hole. This can't be normal. I install per the directions so unless I messed up somewhere else I'm not sure if I got the wrong ones by accident or what. Any ideas? Thanks in advance sorry for the crappy photo.

Have you tried tightening it down more?

Did you install the bottom half of that bushing? Doesn't look like it. You have to pull it off the old shocks.

This is it. When I installed my shocks I forgot the bottom bushing on the passenger shock. When I lowered the car off the lift I had a friend watch the mount in the trunk and he was like you forgot something...
