Sync wont work

I took out the fuse and I disconnected the batter for 20 minutes... I can't even go to sync line in or Bluetooth. When I push the music button it goes to sync then right back to fm2. Even the USB port won't charge my phone. The phone button doesn't work either. I'm worried because I'm still under warranty but I just put bama tunes on my car. Could be a coincidence. Any advice?

Flash the car back to stock -> Drive it for 25(?) miles -> Take it to the dealer and tell them Sync isn't working

I doubt the tune has messed up Sync.

Sync has been the bane of my existence. It will work flawlessly and without warning the mobile applications functionality will cease to function.

Like 2013GTpremium said, make sure you're pulling the right fuse.

I have to pull mine so often I wrote a blog post to help others: k1DBLITZ - Ramblings of a gamer...: How to Fix Your Ford Sync (Mustang)
