2012 GT Which Tuner

I bought a 2012 GT at the first of the year, and it just turned over 60K so bye bye warranty. Looking to get a tune as there are some issues I am having (self-inflicted of course). It is stock except for a set of Flowmaster 40's welded on from the previous owner. It also sported a set of Drag DR62 wheels with stock tires when I bought it. I also own a 97 Cobra and had a nice set of 2K Cobra R wheels on it with brand new Pirelli 265/35/18 tires. The GT ran great when I got it, but the tires were close to needing replaced......so I put the 2K wheels and tires on. Now I am feeling some throttle hesitation during acceleration that wasn't there before and feel it is due to the wheel/tire change. So I think I need a new tune, specifically one that will allow wheel/tire changes. I also want to disable the stupid Skip Shift feature....hate it. Just looking for the best tuner for a pretty much stock GT, that I can grow with if I decide to do some mods latter.

Thanks

Well, I think you're on to something... it was most likely due to the wheel/tire change. But the reason has to do with weight, not a tune.

According to this: Drag Wheels Rims Weight those drag wheels were ridiculously light. (a good thing)

The consensus is that the 2k rims are near 30lbs each: http://www.stangnet.com/mustang-foru...thread.285393/

Spend some time learning about rotational mass and you'll understand why you feel a hesitation that wasn't there before.

The only time a tuner is required is if you're changing the overall diameter of the wheel/tire size from stock; and it's only to adjust the speedo so that it is correct.

Ah yes that makes sense, those Drag's are much lighter. So is there anything I can do about the throttle hesitation if I want to keep the 2K rims?
