Are you ever considering adding boost? If so skip the cams. They are expensive. Installation is expensive. And you can make more power than the block will handle without cams once you add boost.
IMO cams should really be one of the last things you add once you've exhausted other ways to make power. Even in an NA build, you should have full exhaust, intake manifold, etc done first.
Has anybody experienced idle issues with the stage 3 cams from Comp cams on a 2013 GT? mainly at idle and driving though small parking lots at low speeds?
What type of issues? With a more aggressive cam you will have less low end. VCT will keep the idle mostly stock but it's not totally perfect. I'd imagine any major issues would be tune related or one of your feet needing adjustment
At times it shuts off due to it idling at very low rpms. Just wondering if its normal with these cams, didn't experience this in my 06 GT, but of course a completely different engine.
Let your tuner know. I'm sure there's some adjustments that can be made, or some other issue that can be discovered through a data log
