Exclamation What wheels with the Brembo Brake Pkg

So I have a 2013 GT Premium with the brembos in the front. I'm looking at getting new wheels but have noticed there's like a fingernail of room between my front brake caliper and the stock wheels. I'm wanting to know if there's anything special I need to look for in the sizes of wheels I buy. Also, drop some suggestions for wheels down below if you want. There's so many to choose from I feel overwhelmed. Thanks guys!

I put a set of Welds on mine. Weld can guide you to exactly what width, backspacing etc. you need. On my 2014 Brembo GT I have 17" on the front and 15" on the rear with MT drag radials.

17's i would think would be the absolute smallest diameter. Typically rule of thumb would be 18's, but newer wheels tend to have more room in circumference for brake diameter clearance. Biggest issue is the design of the spokes of the wheel and the outside of the calipers. Backspacing is not a factor. A wheel company should be able to give you their wheel profile to confirm. You could have 2 different 17in wheels with same backspacing and one will work and the other wouldn't.

I upgraded my wife's v6 to just the standard 13.2 GT brakes and her stock 17s wont fit. SOME 18s will clear the 14" Brembos, but no 17s will.

They don't make them anymore, at least as far as i can tell, but they were the Breyton Engineering GTs-AV in 19 x 9.5

I got some knock-off 18 X 9-10 Bullits that required an 8mm spacer
when I put the Brembos on. Also recently got a set of 18 X 10 AM charcoal
rims that fit fine as is.
