I need info

I have either a 1979 or a 1980 mustang it has a 4 cylinder turbo in it I need to know all the info about it please

Is it carborated or fuel injection bc. If it is carbourated it will be correct if it is efi it is a swap

I'm pretty sure it carbatied but I'll ask my uncle

lets see...they are pretty much the same car:
1979-wheelbase=100.4inches; 9:1 compression on the four cylinder; 369,936 total 1979s models were made

1980-wheelbase=100.4inches; 9:1 compression on the four cylinder; 271,322 total 1980s models were made

The 2.3 liter is in both the 79 and the 80 model

I don't know much about the four cylinder fox in the preformance category. To be honest I would say your best bet is to talk to some tuners that have powerful four cylinders and find out what they've done

Port the head bigger carb fuel pump and a turbo of a mid nineties chevy diesel and a front mounted innecooler and a rotated intake will make a solid 350 horse
