Ac delete - Mustang Evolution

Ac delete

By takin the belt off my ac pulley would it increase anything

Honestly, it will increase the amount of slack in your belt... That's about it. The parasitic leech of power from an AC compressor that is off doesn't really change much. Only reason to do an AC delete is if your compressor blows or you just really love ti sweat it out in the summer.

+ 1. i did delete mine though for 2 reasons.one i have a vert.and two it really cleans up the engine bay.

just to show.take off your belt and spin the ac pulley.when the ac is off its almost like an idler pulley with no drag at all.the biggest gain you will get is dropping the weight, which isnt much.
