I know the newer 2.3 mustang, I think 90-93 have them should be the same engine otherwise. So I guess the rangers would be the same not positive tho, I'll try to find out

A Chilton's manual should have the installation procedure along with a lot more info you can use.

Don't remember... I got a service manual from ford for my fox along with a vacuum and electric diagram book to complement my chitons... I have everything I need to disassemble and reassemble my car lol

Dam I better get to it. I'm gonna take out my engine to change the dam oil pan gasket . Its leaking and its a old *** cork gasket. Probably gonna paint my engine.

Yeah, wash your hands when you are finished.


If they have a one piece silicone or rubber gasket for your pan it will seal up much better than the old cork gaskets.
Use high heat engine paint and make sure it is pretty clean before painting.

Glad you enjoyed it, sometimes my attempts at humor are not well received.

If you are doing a resto then I would stay with the factory color.
If that's not the case then any color you wish.
I favor a thin coat of black myself because I read years ago that it helps dissipate heat better.
