2.3 liter max cubic inch?

What's the most I can bore out a 2.3 liter it comes from a 1989 mustang lx

I have heard you can go out to 2.5 liters, but I'm not sure

I was actually just looking and saw that too, but I also saw that it would probably be minimal HP gains but I don't know

Ok am thinking of twin turbocharging it as well
