Wiring Harness Routing?

I have a 84 Mustang SVO that I am replacing the wiring harness in. I need to know where to route the harness through, under, or over the steering column from driver side over to passenger side. Anyone know? I am stuck until I find out. Thanks.

on a mustang it's over the steering wheel there should be some hold downs up around the firewall or under the bottom side of dash, then under the radio and above the heater duct..
once you get over the steering wheel follow the heater housing to the passager side....

Did you take the old one off? If so, and you don't remember, you should have taken notes and/or pictures! Lesson learned. Now, after the fact, your best bet is to look at another car of the same make and model. Any junk yards in your area? Any mustang shops? After that check mustang website forums for help.
www.corral.net is one. Good luck!
