Carburetor vacuum leaks. Mine had the same issue. And mine needed the carb rebuilt. Basically it was sucking air instead of fuel. Over time she wouldn't even run with out me giving her some gas. Had to drive two footed in order to brake and keep the idle right.


Currently- 1986 2.3L lx notchback, conversion to SVO 2.3L turbo automatic notchback.
