Mach 1 CAI kit - Heard of this?

Anybody heard of C&L Performance? They make cold air kits that are specifically setup to air/fuel mixture, etc. I just came across this website while searching for a replacement stock air box setup bolt and tinnerman clip for my Mach1. I like this setup cause it uses the shaker. Check it out...C&L MAF system for 03-04 Mach 1 Mustangs

C&L has been around for a while. Alot of people shy away because the piping is metal, which retains heat, which slows the car down. Personally I just don't like the look of them...

Nothing wrong with the kit, just really an opinion thing on which one to choose.

I see option they offer is to keep your existing setup between throttle body and the MAS. That would eliminate the metal part. I follow you with the heat retaining in the metal.

This is a safer setup than my JLT setup that came w/car when I bought it. It put the MAF and filter inside the fender. The filter was all the way down to the bottom of the wheel well.
