Yeah 9k isn't bad , IF its in good shape, but an automatic would kill me. But around where I live Mach ones I've seen have been sold for 12k +

I would be very suspicious of why it is so low with those miles.

Looks like ITB's sticking out of the hood. Independent throttle body. They greatly improve throttle response. I've looked everywhere for some reasonably priced ITB's with no luck.

I have a o/r h pipe with a steeda catback. I get compliments everywhere i go. Its loud as hell under wot but smooth when you want it to be. Has a nice bubbling sound at idle.

Automatic mach 1's are worth way less than standard in my area you can get a decent automatic Mach for about 7-9000 and a decent standard for 11-14000

You have to post some more pics! Mach 1's (in my opinion) are the greatest looking new edge out there

As far as exhaust, i have Magnaflow catback and a UPR catted x pipe on my 03 cobra and i think it sounds beautiful. One of the best setups IMO. It idles nice and isn't annoying when just driving around but when you get on it it really opens up! i accelerated passed my buddy on the highway and he told me he couldn't hear his radio when i blew by.
