Is it worth it?

There's a 2004 Mach 1 here for $9,900. It has 214k miles but is in nice condition otherwise. KBB says $10,199 for an excellent model. What do you think?

I would never buy a Mach with that many miles

And 10k is wayyyy too much. I'd say 6500 at most.

Honestly I would never buy anything with that many miles unless I got it dirt cheap like $1000 or less and thats mainly just to use as a shell for a new motor

Basically with those miles you go ahead and set money aside for a new longblock and just drive that one till it goes.

Take market value, subtract $6k for longblock and labor and you'll be in the ballpark
