Car covers

Anyone have a recommendation for an indoor cover for my Shelby? My father in law had the factory cover with his - looked cool, but it wasn't soft enough. Started to show on his black paint.

I'll probably get flamed for this... because theres ample opportunity to buy a $200-300 car cover - and some really attractive ones.... But I gotta tell you- I bought the cheap $39.95 Auto Zone cover when I first got my car, to hold me over til I could order a "good" one. I ended up keeping it. It has never scratched, 8 months later it's in great shape, the material gets softer and softer and stretches to perfectly fit the car, it dries quick, launders well, and is lightweight. I'm afraid if I go spend a lot on another one I'll be pissed because it won't work as well...

Re: Car covers

The Shelby covers are nice but overpriced of course. The are good for indoor use, they will fade and do not keep moisture out. They fit perfect and have a very soft liner that does not scratch the car.

I too have been considering buying one for outdoors use but have not looked into.
