Not trying to change ur mind on the whipple cuz its a nasty blower but u can put the TVS off the 2013 on ur car for a lot less money.. Builds boost faster and is nasty for a street car. With my setup, the guy that does my tunes says the TVS with stock throttle body will put me at 760rwhp

---------- Post added at 10:14 PM ---------- Previous post was at 10:14 PM ----------

What headers?

Re: Headers or no headers

Do meth injection, it's a must for high boost applications and it's a great way to get extra power out of your FI car. only downside is you have to dyno tune it. but that's not bad if you have the extra cash

Different ones are maxed out at different rpms.. Ur bigger whipples and KB's are building power at HIGH rpms.. Fine for the track but the same car with a TVS on the street will b quicker out of the hole..

Re: Headers or no headers

Back to the topic.
Would do headers with the mods you have planned. As your ride is a 2010, would also look @ upgrading your cooling system, surprised your tuner didn't mention it to you. Street tires are up to you, based on how & where you drive. May I suggest Hoosier QTPro for the rears.
...... ( mine - 28 x 11.5 x 15LT )( wheel & tire - 38 lbs. )
