Fast the bet around the family is she will get the first speeding ticket. I told her to slow down over the train tracks and large pot holes.

You mean the wifey is driving 50% of her car? And if she wrecks it, what are you going to do?

All you have to do is be in the driver seat with her in the car and do some crazy sh*t and make her scared out of her mind... She will never want to drive it.

If you have to provide this type of information, she has no business driving the car in the 1st place..

She is used to driving an Explorer or a F150 so she does not think about it. That is why I made sure to tell her the first time she drove it. I figured in the first few miles she would understand why.

I have the 2013 Shelby GT500. It's a car that can be driven like an everyday cruiser but it is a car that begs you to drive it like you stole it. And it's hard to keep from it with such a heavy foot. I've already been pulled over but got away with a warning.
Speed limits around here is mostly 70 and I am already over it in 2nd gear. .

Put some 3.73's in and it will fix that problem. You'll be in 3rd then.

Not sure what you mean by "put some 3.73's in" BUT personally I think it's perfect just the way it is.

They would help with acceleration so you could reach ludicrous speed. But, you hit the nail on the head,"it's perfect".

Change the gear ratio to shorten first gear a little. I wish i had that long first gear in my cobra. Shifting to second as soon as it hooks now
