Is the 5.8L Engine considered a Stroker

Yes google is my friend, however it failed me.
Yes it is a 'dumb' question.

Now that we have that out of the way... Is the 5.8 in the 2013 considered a Stroker because it is a small block?

My knowledge of "stroker" motors is that it started life at a certain displacement and you change the rods with longer rods to create a further stroke length and change the displacement.

With that said, no I don't believe it is. Even though it is loosely based off the 5.4, the 5.8 is a wholly different motor

The rods don't get longer it's the crank shaft that gains the extra length.
