New Shelby price change

Does anyone know why the base price on a 2014 changed from $54,650.00 to $54,800.00. It changed within a month. I do not see any changes of standard options. Can anyone help?

Not unusual for product increases during the MY. Do you think $ 150.00 will change a person's mind @ this price point ?

Exactly, I can buy 4 houses for that much, so an extra $150 wouldn't change anything.

The cost was not the point. I was wondering if they added something to the car. I have not known of a change on price without the addition of something in mid year production. So back to the question does anyone know why?

Inflation would be my guess, if they added anything, it would be a lot more than a buc fifty.

I talked to SVT this morning and they were not sure what prompted the increase. So like TC X4 said I guess it is the production cost that went up. I should have mine in about 2 weeks. Can't wait!!!

Its usually cost of production, which is usually from government restrictions or regulations on the company.
