First ride after winter storage

I took the car for a drive and noticed the supercharger wasn't kicking in. When I hit a certain rpm in 1st gear the engine would bog down. Anyone experience this? 2012 gt500

How old is the gas?
Did you run it at all during the winter?

Was the tank full or less then full?

These are just a few ideas not sure if it would stop the SC from working but I know it will give it a hard time.

Clogged cats on a 12? You have any mods or anything that could have melted them? If it's not covered, you could always cut them out and get a tune to turn off the sensors.

No mods and only 1200 miles, they said it happens from sitting over the winter.

If truly caused by winter storage, do any of the experts have any ideas about how to prevent this from happening? I will be storing mine starting next winter. (less than three weeks until I pick it up...man these days are going slow!)

I will ask the Shelby technicians when I go back to the dealer. I had told them that I was starting the car once a week in nov and dec but the. It got to cold so I just connected the trickle charger and put the cover on for all of jan, feb, and march. A few people said it wasn't good to start the car for 5 min and then shut it off. Something about moisture build up in the exhaust. I'm so disappointed this happened. I just wanted to change the oil and enjoy the summer.
