Control arm and ball joint

Took my 2014 in for its first oil change on saturday. On friday i went over a speed bump-slowly- and i heard a loud pop on the right driver side front...went over another speed bump- same sound...
Needless to say i got the call yesterday from the dealership ... Wont be ready until tuesday

There is a service bulletin out for this problem. I have head it backing out of my drive way and turning it pretty hard but not when I do straight on. I will have to find a speed bump and try it and see if it does it then take it in when I don't need it for a few days.

Control arm and ball joint

Well i got new ball joints and such...but it happened AGAIN THIS MORNING but much worse... Sounds like an old creaking door- like the hinges are grinding bad....

Did it when i turned really sharp, popped when i went over speed bumps, and even going into the drive slowly...
Im stsrting to hate the dealership too...customer service sucks and they just dont gaf...

And what do u know...they cant find the grinding noise and everything checks out just fine...so they are going to hook it up to some electronic chasis monitor thing and drive it monday...
Wondering if shelby american makes an upgrade for this crap...

Well "apparently" one of the bolts to the control arm came untorqued and was causing the noise...
