Bama or Lund

Hello fellas its that time of the year again aka my birthday haha! So new parts are about to be ordered, either the Ngauge with a John Lund tune or an X4 with a bama tune, who has actual use and thoughts on these let me know, planning on ordering wishing the next couple days, and I can't decide.

This really a serious choice of yours?
Your not trying to make a hahaha

With the Ngauge your only able to use Lund tunes. Which is not a bad thing either.

Yes it's serious and no I'm not ignorant I've "heard" plenty of good and bad from both but for the most part it has been people hearing and hearing I'm asking for real road use and experience. This is my daily driver, trying to find the best for that.

Jguida - Happy early birthday. There's plenty of good tuners out there that can make your Shelby even more terrifying. Check out some reviews of both, there's plenty online.

I can definitely attest to ours running like a bat out of hell.

Drop me a line if you have any questions and let me know if you don't have our Mevo discount code and I'll get you setup.

I wish Bama would come out with v2 for our cars. I do love their service and of course I'm already deep into having Bama and not switching. After getting new tires, I'll data log.

I really could use some help in that area if anybody is close. At least I know Bama is somewhat safe in their tunes. I live 45 minutes to an hour away from Knoxville TN and pigeon forge. My plan is to really finish mods then have a good shop tune it. Of course, it's a several year plan at this point. I need to do heat exchanger, lower pulley, 1 piece drive shaft, and then blower swap. All in all I'll be more than satisfied at 750. I just want the final tune done in person by someone is will not kill my car.

There is absolutely no contest between BAMA and Lund! Go with Lund he has it down for sure.

The sct X4 is a pita to datalog, a lot of people have the n gauge and like it, I have the X4 with a couple of canned tunes from vmp, great customer service but like I first stated data logging ( especially iat) is a pain.

So this all worked out very interestingly.... Ford ended up replacing the rear roaters, shocks and pads. One shock was leaking (thanks extended warranty) causes an unfortunate tilt in the rear and irreversible damaged the roaters and caused the brakes to fade quickly. So I bought new front pads from them and that's I'll I paid for haha so I had to return the bilstiens and now when I get that refund it's back to shopping for an intake and tune

I have the Lund nGauge and a Lund Tune. Data logging is very easy and straight forward with the nGauge. Customer service is very quick to reply as well.

Just sick! I saw it's twin here in Tennessee. They had it for 75k. You get dyno'd after your tune?

Wonder what the OP did about tuning ???
Thread seems to have lost it's focus, went from tunes, to suspension, to CAI's !
